American Toad- “Warts and All” - while working in the garden I often find various amphibians hiding under rocks and undercover of foliage. I love the chorus of songs in the evening, and I try to really listen to distinguish one from another.
Painted on a freestanding aspen wood slice with bark framing the outer edge. Approx 4.5”x4.”.
Part of the mini originals collection -perfectly sized to tuck into a shelf, a bookcase, on that little table next to your favorite chair, or anywhere you need a gentle reminder of nature’s quiet magic and accessible beauty.
