- Birch trees with wind blown leaves and weathered wood fence, against a blue sky
- The idea for this piece came to me while on a walk along my winding dirt road here in Vermont, past farms lined with weathered wood fences. It tends to be windy up there in the higher elevations, and the way the leaves were blowing around and off the trees, curling and falling around me, compelled me to want to capture the moment.
