Some of our Canadian neighbors are not deterred by high gas prices or the exchange rate…The Canada geese have been busy flying overhead, honking as they make their journey south for the winter. This week they stopped by my favorite pond for a break, and I am grateful that they timed it while I was there. I stayed a bit just to listen and observe, to take in a tiny memory, a whimsical spontaneous moment, a chance encounter with nature.
Painted on a freestanding aspen wood slice with bark framing the outer edge. Approx 5”x4”.
Part of the mini originals collection -perfectly sized to tuck into a shelf, a bookcase, on that little table next to your favorite chair, or anywhere you want a reminder of nature's quiet whimsy. In this collection, it is my intention to capture the magic of fleeting moments, bringing a little bit of happiness right into your everyday view - no matter how small the space.
This is an original painting signed by the artist and comes to you with a certificate of original.
