- Wavy birch trees with falling leaves against a light blue sky
- Birch trees tend to bend and curve with exposure to the elements, swaying and twirling in high wind and storms and enduring the weight of heavy snow. Their pliable nature is their strength and provides the resilience needed to live in the north. These enchanting trees, with their shapes, colors, and texture in their bark, provide me with so much inspiration that the name of my art business is a nod to them. This piece was inspired by a row of whimsically curvy trees I pass along my walking trail.
